“Freedom Merchants is a seamless transition from Quickbooks payments to their payment system and they even set up everything in your QBs accounts for you so you don’t have to miss a beat. I used to use Quickbooks payments until they raised their fees by 2000% ($0.50 to $10.00 per ACH transaction) and I enjoyed their ease of sending invoices to customers and the easy payment process for the customer. Because of the even higher fees for credit cards, I did not accept credit cards through QBs payments. Well Freedom Merchants has figured out how to do the same easy invoice emailing and one step payment process for the customer within QuickBooks, but with much much lower ACH fees. As a bonus I now accept credit cards with Freedom Merchants becuase of their unique way of charging the credit card fee immediately back to the customer paying without messing up the invoice amount process in my QBs. My customers now have the choice of ACH or Credit Card and I pay very little for each transaction. The best part is that Ben and Joe who run Freedom Merchants are extremely responsive to any questions or issues that may come up. Email or call at all times of the day or night and you will get a response within minutes. I am very happy I switched from QBs payments to Freedom Merchants.”

“We decided to move to a new payment processor after QuickBooks raised our ACH fees. Freedom Merchants stood out from among the rest because of their ability to seamlessly add on a credit card fee at payment time which would save me a lot of back and forth with the customer. We were pleased with the payment plan that they offered us for their services and welcomed the opportunity for them to set everything up. I am not going to sugar coat by saying that switching payment processors is a snap; there are contracts and settings and online portals and usernames and passwords and more settings but I have to say that Freedom Merchants made this process as pain free as possible. They were extremely quick in making changes and answering my questions, and I had a lot of them. Freedom Merchants communication via email is very effective and thorough and there is absolutely no communication barriers like thick foreign accents or bad phone connectivity to hamper the proceedings. We have been set up and running for more than a month and everything is flowing nicely on auto pilot. I can just keep my eye on things, and that has freed up my time to do other important work.”

“I signed up for this product because of the good reviews they already had. Their rates are very good. Once it was setup, I saw my payment page and it looked so awesome. I was using another product to handle my payments. I have processed a couple of payments already but there process is so much easier to use. I can just send the invoice directly from QB instead of using a third part app. They were so very helpful in the setup phase. Their instructions to get my QBO setup were very easy and detailed to follow. I am happy to have signed up with this company.”

Due to the nature of our type of products with wide-ranging dollar amounts and often unpredictable frequency of sales, it was tough to get the customer service needed to support our business.
