Refund Policy
For any terminals or software that you buy from Freedom Merchants Corp, you will have a 30-day period to return any defective, non-working equipment or
software. This 30-day period represents the date at which the terminal or software must be received in our offices. The customer will be responsible for
all return shipping charges. After a review of the returned equipment or software, a refund will be issued to the original credit card charged or via check
if no credit card was charged within 15 days from receipt of equipment or software. Refunded amounts will exclude original Shipping charges of equipment.
Any setup fee or other custom-coding fees (collectively, "Custom Coding Fees") charged during the setup or service period are 100% Non-Refundable under any circumstances, even if the service is cancelled immediately after Custom Coding Fees have been paid.
Modifications to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.
